This policy explains what information the Antarctic Expedition Toolkit app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Data collected is used solely to operate and improve the app — syncing briefings, logging landings you choose to track, and diagnosing crashes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Field guides and maps are stored locally on your device for offline use. Account and sync data is stored on encrypted servers and retained only as long as your account is active.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to operate essential infrastructure (such as cloud hosting), under strict confidentiality terms.
You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time by contacting us at the address below. Requests are processed within 30 days.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and where appropriate notify users in-app.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent via the contact section of this site.
